Mr. Yangbin WANG (“Mr. Wang”), is the chairman of the Board and chief executive officer. As the founder of our group, Mr. Wang established the company and has led it to become a leading global platform and service provider for digital content asset protection and transactions. He is a pioneer in developing innovative technologies for digital content protection that increase revenue for content owners. Under Mr. Wang's leadership, Vobile has achieved exponential growth, evolving from a Silicon Valley startup to a global public listed company. Vobile received the 69th annual Emmy Award (Technology and Engineering) for its innovation in developing video identification technology to protect content value and copyright.
Wang serves on the University of Florida (UF) Foundation Board and the Dean’s Advisory Board of UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. He holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from UF and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Zhejiang University. In 2024, he was inducted into UF’s College of Engineering ECE Hall of Fame. He has also received the UF Distinguished Alumnus Award.
